My air conditioner R2D2 is cooling me off enough to cook a beautiful leftover swedish meatball dish, yum.

Steak with assorted roasted vegetables both cooked on the BBQ to keep the heat outside - with a glass of Merlot to heat me inside...

Going out with some out of town friends this evening, I am going to

have Salmon for main course most lightly a soup to start with a tasty

Dessert to finish.

Well I'm still stuffed from lunch (had seafood chowder and calamari)

So I might nibble on some radishes and have a couple slices of cheese for dinner

Oh and strawberries for desert

On the BBQ: Beer-can chicken and corn on the cob with carrots, onions, eggplant, and potatoes roasted with olive oil and seasoning.
