nntsci 11076 Report post Posted November 10, 2016 My wife left some ground veal in the fridge... not sure what her plans were for it... but too bad... I poured tomato sauce in a glass dish, flatted out the veal into a large patty, covered it with flour and bread crumbs, placed on top of the tomato sauce, covered it with grated cheese and grated potatoes... and its now baking... don't know what to call it yet.
