Fatguy3838 379 Report post Posted April 20, 2013 Missed the bus to go get my food tonight, so I ordered pizza. It will be my one time during this Halifax trip I've had it. Can't not have pizza at least once when visiting Halifax, but also can't make it a habit.
Guest Ot**w***og****n Report post Posted April 20, 2013 I'm putting together a ground veal and pasta dish with cheese, peppers and onions. It's baking in the oven right now. I'm going to slice up some tomatoes and shallots to put on top of them...and yes, I am eating alone. I'm going to open a bottle of Beaujolais to have with it. Salud! JoyfulC 132299 Report post Posted April 24, 2013 I suppose I can tell now that it's in retrospect. We tried something new tonight. Very simple, but I see a lot of this in my summer. We crumbled meatballs into tortillas with cheddar and nuked them to melt the cheese. Then we topped with ketchup, mustard and salad mixed with mayo. It was better than any fast food chain cheeseburger I've ever had! I just wish I would have added on some pickles.
