But the topping is where I will get your mouth watering, Grilled pineapple slices and also grilled avocado, grilled red onion , a spicy horseradish mayo and bacon rounds!! On a lark, yesterday, I tossed together some cottage cheese, chopped spinach, crab and shrimp, along with a few eggs and some nutmeg, salt and pepper. Layered it with oven-ready lasagna noodles (cheating, yes, I know!) in a casserole dish and covered it with about 4 cups of bechemel sauce, topped it with cheese, and voila! Super tasty and too easy.
