Well I'm not speaking from experience (though I wiish I were!) but I would guess that SaraMQ with her 6 psi Kegels (9 psi??) does this.

 

Regardless she's is widely acknowledged as a girl who can extract a pitcher of cream from any willing partner!!

I think it has to do with kegel muscle control... but Sara's idea is intriguing.

It has to do with the kegel muscles tightening 'like a fist' around the penis. I had to look up the meaning as well.

 

Kinda funny that Sara was the first SP to respond that she didn't know what it was when she may well be the provider that can offer what the OP is looking for.

Well it's more of an up and down motion, when I clench the pelvic floor moves upwards and when I release it goes back down. I can see how the milk maids hand fits in now. Lol!
