I read a really interesting article this morning in the Globe and Mail, and I am posting the URL here. There are a lot of pros and cons depending on your position in this industry. Obviously a client can hide using a spoofed number using an app like Burner, and a service provider can identify a blocked number using an app like Mr. Number. It will be interesting to see how the CRTC handles the issue, especially as the tech industry is generally two steps ahead of the regulator.

I posted it here because I thought more users would and should see it than would be in the tech forum.
