Why would an SP want to prevent cuming? It's not like they ccan't keep going after they have! Guys need a break some times to "stand up" again.

 

Women can just keep going and going!

my preffered method of delay of an orgasm is not to have sex.....which is quite often and it works well......

 

When with a wonderful woman.....it all depends...if I feel it comming I will try to pull out to change positions.....

by squeezing the base of the penis

I might switch to oral on her to relax a bit.

or just stop movement and enjoy the warm feelings.....

not all the time is this true...you know how a guy can get sensitive well so can a woman...i know with me sometimes it feels to ticklish to continue right away...lol;-)

I don't know if this will help you Novell, but here are 2 suggestions that I have found beneficial in the past.

 

1. Try to concentrate on your breathing. Sometimes in the "heat of the moment", you don't realize that you are focusing on your pleasure and are holding your breath.

 

2. I like to think of my NORTEL shares.......oh wait a minute....strike that.....the thought of my shares makes me go LIMP....ha ha :oops: :oops:

One thing you can try is to make sure you breath regularly nice and deep to help relax and reduce the lower back muscles from tightening up.

 

In the past ive tried different creams and other things with past partners to help with this but all it really did was make my lips numb and still ended in the same quick ending.

 

So after doing a little research I was told to have him breath deep and try to control the spasams in the lower back, the more muscular tension you generate the faster you will cum. With some practice and a little encouragment from me he was able to hold off 10 to 15 mins longer every time.

As mentioned, stopping and starting is great...pull out, recharge, do some teasing, maybe go down a bit. After doing this a lot you may find that you'll get to a point where you have worn little jimmy down and then you can go at it pornstar style for a few mins.

 

Another thing that works sometimes is have her get on top and tell her to go easy with the hard core up and down motion, but more of a grind of her clit on your pelvis. Use a staple gun to keep your condom on and that should do it for you. Just kidding obviously, but I once had an occasion where an SP insisted I double up on condoms for some reason or other. It delayed my orgasm significantly...to the next day!

Glad you're okay. I had a recent scare and I thought I had prostate cancer, but after a more recent DRE and a PSA blood test (something I have done annually anyways), I have BPH which is something that has run on the male side of my family. No surgery, just a script for FloMax and all's well except less seminal fluid, but plenty of "O" factor. As I said, I'm glad you're okay...I wouldn't want to have that operation personally.

Not really true that all women can keep coming and coming. There are women (and some of them sps) that are toast after they have had a good O.

I've had a lot of fun riding the edge of the O with some of them and they like to do the same with me. Once we know each other a little better it is easier to gauge how to do that. That is why I like a favorite sp...the getting to know you stuff helps to prolong and enhance.

I like to prolong initially with a lot of fore play, oral and then slow and steady penetration and intercourse. the condom is a big help in de-sensitizing, but changing position fairly frequently helps too. Or even changing back to oral again once you feel like you might cum from intercourse.

I kind of mentally try to please her first and hold back on my pleasure a little till she is satisfied....that's just me cause I'm a giver by nature...when I have the attitude that's it's not all about my pleasure it helps.

You are sooooo right Emma!!! I become extremely sensitive after I orgasm from DATY. Kegel exercises for men...just google it and you will find a ton of very good sites that explain how to do this, including, go figure: kegelexercisesformen.com! I've tried this in the past and it works, along with thinking about something really nasty, like your aunt Betty's mustache...but the latter just takes the fun out of it. The ladies will know about this exercise as it is popular after child birth to regain their girlish figure...so to speak.
