When you post a new message, you will see a box down below the text that says you can add up to five tags. If you would like some suggestions, click on "Search" in the menu bar at the top, then click on "Tag search". That will give you an idea of what tags are being used. In terms of HTML tags for creating webpages this is a great page. http://www.w3schools.com/html/default.asp But, you would need to know CSS if you wanted to add more style and JavaScript or action script if you wanted interactivity.
