In fact when I was involved in spending taxpayer dollars it was quite common to have these services offered by an over zealous bidder hoping to get awarded a given contract. I can honestly say that neither I or any of my colleagues ever accepted such an offer (that I know of), however I always felt it had to have happened and I just didn't know about it. In fact we would see it as dishonest to attempt to bribe us in this way and hold it against them having the exact opposite effect than what they were hoping for :) Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
