They don't discuss such things over the phone as their business front is a guise and you could be LE, media, etc. They don't want to risk being stung. If you know a girl there, you can ask if/when she is working. Plus, since each girl independently chooses what to offer as well as per client, it would be impossible to discuss such things over the phone even if he was able to.
