Anytime for the hobby experience. I agree with this post. February there is Winterlude, skating on the canal and beautiful ice sculptures, weather depending of course. I fear the time when I would have tried this has passed. :-) I would more enjoy the local landscape or any nearby festivals. Sounds like a summer trip may be something I have to consider...!
