The edit button is roughly in the middle of the row at the bottom of your post, but there's a time-limit after which you can't edit any more (I think it's 48 hours). don't worry too much about double-posts - the software merges them automatically.

 

And I can't help you with the ladies you mention, alas, but... look just what popped up!
