a******s.m*****e 187 Report post Posted June 13, 2009 Am I the only one who thinks that tattoos are distracting and can't be possible good for your skin? I guess I am from a different generation.... But I don't want to be judgmental, because when I was young I followed every trend and drove my parents crazy LOL Besides, I can't stand pain and would probably kick the tattoo artist :)
JustJack 4689 Report post Posted June 13, 2009 I love Mystique's tatoos. See her albums although her pictures don't highlight her tatoos full quality: http://cerb.ca/vbulletin/member.php?u=17244 I especially like her elbow tatoo. I never realized a high quality tatoo cost is based on an hourly rate over $ 100 per hour!!
capitalman 3861 Report post Posted June 13, 2009 Am I the only one who thinks that tattoos are distracting and can't be possible good for your skin? Actually some people claim the tattooing process rejuvenates their skin. There is a famous woman with most of her body tattoed including her face (very blue with lots of cartoon characters....I'll try and find a photo of her) and she had very bad skin problems and the ink from the tattooing acts like a natural sun blocker and healed her skin. The pain is the price you pay for the art. I've had one of my tattoes redone due to fading, and it didn't hurt nearly as much the second time around. They say the pain receptors dull after the event. This could explain things about my nipples too! :-)
Guest S***e Report post Posted June 13, 2009 Personally, I enjoyed the discomfort associated with being tattooed. It's part of the ritual so to speak. Mind you two hours in the chair is more than enough for me. I only have two. That's enough, at least for the time being. Or she couldn't see the skin problems under the ink? LOL I believe that we should be a bit more critical of what we hear. This is a cigarette ad from the 40's I found on the Internet. There were times when people actually believed that smoking was good for you. "Why Miss Anne Gould, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jay Gould, prefers Camels" Fun Small Print: "Why do I smoke Camels? Because I honestly like their taste better than any of the other cigarettes," says Miss Gould. "Like most of the girls I know, I prefer a mild cigarette -- that's another reason I am devoted to Camels. Besides, I see no reason for letting cigarettes make you nervous -- Camels never make me edgy or jumpy. "And I really believe you could smoke Camels forever and ever and not get tired of their fine, smooth flavor." I love the part that Camels never make you edgy or jumpy. Of course not, because you are jumpy if you can't light up. The truth is that we don't know what the chemicals in the ink do to the body. They can cause something nasty like skin cancer or it could be totally harmless... Let's hope so :) When I sometimes look at tattoos on a young body I am thinking that 30-40 years from now the kids on the beach will have a lot of fun trying to figure out what is the picture supposed to be on the wrinkled skin of the old men and women? LOL As I said I don't want to scare anyone. I like the way some of it looks, but I would never get one.
YoungStud 468 Report post Posted June 13, 2009 There's a middle-aged guy who appears in a number of Euro porn movies who has a lightening bolt tattooed on both sides of his cock. No matter how hard or soft he is, it always looks like a lightening bolt. (Vs. SWAN/SASKATCHEWAN - lol) Kind of cool, but for now, I'm not sure it's worth the effort. Lol. If I ever go the tats route personally, I'm aiming for L-O-V-E on the knuckles of my right hand and H-A-T-E on the knuckles of my left hand. Then maybe the Chinese characters for "Ghost Dragon" on the back of my neck. Plus "Aryan Nation" on one bicep and "Crips-Bloods" on the other. That way, if I ever have to serve time in a correctional facility, I'm hedging my bets, but in a good way. Lol.
a******s.m*****e 187 Report post Posted June 13, 2009 Plus "Aryan Nation" on one bicep Not a good idea. Although the original meaning of the word "Aryan" is "of or pertaining to a people who spoke Indo-European languages; of or pertaining to the Aryans " As far as I know Iranians are Aryans also.... But I still would not recommend it on your bicep, at least not for the next few decades. Stick to the Chinese stuff.

It is true and also Indians are considered to be Aryan in ancestry as well as it is accepted that they were the first to populate the Hindis River Valley or Hindu Kush. Guest W***ledi*Time Report post Posted June 13, 2009 the kids on the beach will have a lot of fun trying to figure out what is the picture supposed to be on the wrinkled skin of the old men and women? LOL Ha ha ... and it's not just the kids on the beach who might have that puzzle to solve. Dementia runs in my family ... I can easily imagine myself a few years hence: I'm gazing into a mirror, intently studying my wrinkled, tattooed epidermis and tugging on the slack skin, trying to smooth it out into some semblance of decipherability ... and wondering to myself ... "what the heck is that supposed to represent, anyway??" lol Cheers, Wrinkled

buggernot 588 Report post Posted June 14, 2009 I think some tatooing is interesting and any body modification in general can be appealing. The only thing that bothers me about all that is it used to be this counter-culture statement where people were trying to separate themselves from the norm. Now, 90% of soccer moms have the ass target tattoo, if you're a girl between 16 and 30 and you don't have your tongue pierced, people think you're weird, and really, how many people don't have at least one tat these days? A hot chick covered in tats from head to toe is still a hot chick. A 440 lb toothless hillbilly with a sun drawn on her belly is still somebody I ain't coming near with my johnson. I'm starting my own counter-culture movement...no tats, no jewelery, nothing. Always been like that and always will. I don't care what anybody else does. Some people suit it, some people don't. And while I'm kinda near the topic, those girls that wear low-riders that shouldn't...please...stop...

capitalman 3861 Report post Posted June 14, 2009 It's like the Dr. Seuss story of the Star Bellied Sneetches! If you want people to know what your tattooes are when you're old, get them nice and big to start with! Also, always apply sunblock to them or they will fade in the sun. They are art, and they cost money and pain to get, take care of them like you would artwork in your house that you paid for. When I see an old person with a tattoo and I can't make it out, I go and ask. As a tattooed person I will tell you right now, we enjoy showing off our tattooes and appreciate when someone asks about them or comments on them, good or bad. Even the scariest looking biker dude will answer you if you say "Hey man, nice tattoo...what does it represent?" As much as they segregate and push people away, they also bring people together and unite people together. It's all about the attitude towards them. Just my humble opinion. SamanthaEvans 166767 Report post Posted June 15, 2009 I don't like the full-body tattoos, personally, but a well-placed tattoo that adds something, or means something is fine with me. I don't have any tattoos, myself. I've thought about it a few times, but balked when I realized that, in my old age, I didn't want to be known at the nursing home as that "poor old dear in Room 23 with the dolphin on her hipbone" or whatever it was!

PistolPete 61421 Report post Posted June 20, 2009 Annessa has beautiful body art, loved it,the tattoo's certainly drew my attention to her gorgeous body, very nice to look at...when I had her in her favourite position:mrgreen: aww why thank you Jerican. I have to agree with moderation and well placed tattoos. Tattoos to me are like decals on a fine sportscar. obviously decals are not for everyone's style. I see cars for advertisements that are covered all over or even not for advertisement that are just images plunked (liike a giant Tazmanian Devil, lol) and it screams tacky.....i personally am not a fan of decals but a nicely placed stripe or design that compliments the frame and shape of the car and adds a certain interesting impact that draws positive attention instead of making people cringe.....thats nice :) (to clarify, i really am not a fan of decals tho, haha)
