It does not matter to me as long as I can find parking(better if its free) for more than 1 hour(the walking back and forth takes time).

Nothing worst to find parking over 1 km away from the location.

In summer times when I have a family summer visitor and I can't have guests at home I always checked into a downtown hotel to see a provider especially the ones at Queen and Lyon near Barbs. If incalls become legal and I do incalls I would have strong preference for a downtown hotel.
