As a "Newbie" you should take advise like this, if no one took the time to tell you that you did something that is considered rude you may not learn the proper procedure and continue to come across as being rude. Simply apologize, thank John for pointing this out for you and learn from your mistake. Making a comment like "RELAX ARE YOU PERFECT" (In all capital letters meaning you are shouting it) is once again RUDE and that will not be tolerated here.
