FirstTimeFirstTimer 456 Report post Posted March 4, 2013 I was wondering if anybody here would have suggestions as to what to do in order to improve recuperation time to be able to have a second shot in the same session. I've been with 5 SPs already and have never been able to do more than one shot. I would consider myself a 1-shot-guy if it wasn't that with the SO I can easily do it twice in 1 hour or less. One of the culprits of my situation, I know, is the use of the condom. With the SO I don't use one, and everytime I'm with an SP, as soon as the hat comes on, my little guy starts to shrink to the point that I have to make sure that the time lapse between putting on the hat and the penetration is minimal (once inside, I get hard again and experience no problems)... but the second time, I can get hard again fairly easily, but as soon as the hat coms on, is like putting salt to a snail (without the grossness, of course - lol). This is not a life and death issue, but I would really like to be able to finish a second time, and not been left with the sensation that I would like to finish, or having the SP finish me with a HJ. fortunateone 156618 Report post Posted March 4, 2013 There are a couple of things to think about, my first piece of advice you already know, that it isn't life or death issue, and possibly it just really doesn't matter that much. If you made it less about 2nd shots, and try to space out and prolong the first one, you will relax more. One thing I tell some callers is that the session isn't actually cheaper with more shots, it isn't like 150 is 150 for one, and 75 each for 2 sogs lol. Plus more effort and energy and disappointment can occur and frustration if the session is designed to allow for 2 shots, but there is no 2nd, but in the meantime the first one was over in the first 15 minutes, the 2nd one didn't happen but 30 minutes are spent frantically trying to make it work. Seems counterproductive. But the tips I have are the first one is done right away, within or less than 10 minutes. This maximizes your recovery time. There should be a rest period, like massage or foreplay activity, no real attempt to get hard, just recovery. Then when there is direct contact, keep it to hand work only, without condom for a while, then on with the condom, which should include warming lubricant inside the condom to add more sensation for you. Avoid laying on your back on the 2nd sog, get upright, doggy or standing. Then finally, think outside the box. With condom on and in full service, chances are a 2nd sog feels like it isn't going to happen. So switch, to a hj, uncovered, and you should be standing or upright. I suppose if she does bbbjs, then stick with that. In the standing position, and without condom, this is the way to find out if the 2nd sog will happen at all. And keep note of the time, be the one to pack it in, don't make her have to say it. Acknowledge a valient effort was made, but it is time to say not today. And repeat. You've seen 5 different sps, but can do this with an SO. Doing it with the SO means you can do it when you know the person, so repeat with one a few times, then try the 2nd sog. Don't do it or expect it on the first visit, or the 2nd, stick with shorter sessions if you can, then one day opt for the hour and try it out. 13 Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I can appriciate where your question comes from as many guys would love to have that "stallion" factor. For me I've always been a quality over quantity type of guy (it's the journey not the destination) and have found that orgasms that result from longer drawn out (a build up) play tend to be more explosive and satisifying (plus after a proper session I'm in no shape for a second round). bullwinkle 343 Report post Posted March 5, 2013 there is a few things you can do ! 1 if you are a smoker , try not smoking to much before you're session as it will not help with blood flow . 2 try not having an orgasm for at least 24 to 48 hours before you're appointment with you're sp . 3 pack in lots of energy food that does not fill you up . ex: pineapple , strawberrie , or pom juice ,,, as these contain lot of natural good sugar wich you're body needs to create ENERGY ,,, or you can try the old egg white trick (not yolk ) eat lots of them a few hours before ( they contain lots of energy ) the problem i see with egg white is the stomach upset they might create ! most important , just relax and have fun , even if you do only get one shot ! hope this was of some help !!! 1 Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

You are absolutely right: This is not a race, or a job to be done, and I try to enjoy the session as such, my problem is not that I REALLY want a second shot to happen, but that the need to cum a second time starts to build up, let's say, from the minute 40 and on. If the session would end at the minute 39, I would be a happy camper, but once we start touching each other, and kissing and stuff... well, I just want to finish again, but my body doesn't lol. But your recommendations seem VERY logical, so I will take heed of them and let you know how it went. Now, I need to find a local SP with whom to practice this, because I've only seen touring ladies so far, so I can't repeat with any of them... :/ Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
respectwomen 414 Report post Posted March 6, 2013 For me I have above average recovery time if my diet especially the 24 hours going into a session is proper. Eating extra fresh fruit especially pineapple and watermelon really helps me.
