Most of us have lived here all our lives and know that Spring generally arrives one month later than the calendar states. On a related rant... Why is it we forget how to drive in the snow at the start of every winter? Why is it we get surprised by the first snowfall and scramble to get snow tires installed? Why is it we tend to complain about the cold in winter and complain equally about the heat in summer?
