Be aware: if you ever participate in a sex worker survey, the court just might use your own answers as evidence against you in any future troubles you might have.

This is disheartening to read. I just don't see how they could have been aware of that information that he participated in the survey unless he told his lawyer. His lawyer, of all people, should realize the necessity for confidentiality. This would make this difficult for any research done and participants worried about any consequences.

My guess is that some do gooder at the research place volunteered the information. His own lawyer would never volunteer that information.)
