manitoba 2758 Report post Posted April 27, 2013 I am thinking of booking a lady who only does outcalls. That means getting a hotel room especially for the date. Any decent hotels that offer afternoon rates? Prefer either downtown or south Winnipeg. Thanks Mb
Guest ***rgi*****9 Report post Posted April 27, 2013 Almost any hotel will offer an afternoon rate, just go in and tell them you need a room for the afternoon from 1 to 3 or 4 and I'm sure you'll be able to negotiate a decent rate
DwayneR 2105 Report post Posted April 27, 2013 When you call say "what are your day rates?" And ask what the times are as they a different from hotel to hotel. The newer Four Points by Sheraton Winnipeg South on Pembina has really nice rooms. On a budget the Comfort inn down the street. It's older and but still very do-able. D. manitoba 2758 Report post Posted May 1, 2013 Called the Balmoral in downtown. They quoted me a non smoking room fro $50 plus tax for 0900 to 1700. If after that the night rate would apply. Published rates were about twice that. I guess a good rule of thumb would be about half the published rates. Called a couple others but got put on hold or ignore so hung up. Try hotels that do their own reservations not using a central chain booking service as these were the ones that put me on hold. Mb
Smirk 1920 Report post Posted May 2, 2013 (edited) I've found that when booking a day rate, the most important info is the time you are going to leave - ie leaving at 2pm can be cheaper than leaving at 5pm. As for checkin time, usually you can have it as soon as there is a room avail, ie 9am or 10am. On Pembina, i Like the the Holiday Inn South for day rates. Plus the parking discrete. Or try hotwire.com for a same-day booking - You can select the Pembina area. I have gotten the 4-point sheraton for $69, but more often the Holiday Inn South or Comfort Inn. xoxox Porscha Edited May 2, 2013 by Smirk a blond - spelling
Royal Alexandra 163 Report post Posted May 2, 2013 You may wish to try the Hotel Fort Garry. Ask for for a day rate and tell them what times you would like. I have got a few good rates there, over the year. if you do get a room ask for one with a city view 8th or 9th floor is very discrete and quite.
4nbstd 400 Report post Posted May 2, 2013 I've been to Regent Canad Inn for day rate once, between 9am and 2pm, it was just under $100 including tax.

Guest Sno****54 Report post Posted May 4, 2013 You may wish to try the Hotel Fort Garry. QUOTE] I agree with Royal Alexandra, but I would suggest you to choose the one "haunted" room. It's very aphrodisiac.

manitoba 2758 Report post Posted May 5, 2013 Before you decide you might want to discuss location with SP. Cheers, I have asked a couple SP's about where they would prefer or recommend for an outcall and never received a recommendation. They usually say wherever you want or simply don't reply.
