jf2003 100 Report post Posted August 4, 2009 I'm somewhat of a newbie at this... I've seen a couple of escorts in the past but it was always through email, never through an agency. I'm interested in some of PK's escorts, but it appears they only deal by phone (they've never responded to the 2 emails I sent). Problem is: I don't have a cell phone. Is it a bad idea to call them from my home number? Just wondering if someone with more experience would have any advice... Thanks!
buggernot 588 Report post Posted August 4, 2009 They do not respond to text msgs or email, it's phone only. PK has been very explicit about this whenever they post here or on CL. Nor will they take blocked calls, so that option would be out for you as well. In all likelihood it's OK to call from your home phone, but it would probably be better for your own piece of mind just getting a pay-as-you-go hobby phone that has no affiliation to your name. If you get intrigued by someone else in the future that turns out to be sketchy and you use your home phone, there is the possibility that they could harass you. Very unlikely, but better to be safe than sorry. Being cautious is never a bad thing and a hobby phone is a small expense in the big picture. Not something that you would have to worry about from PK though ;)
mod 135640 Report post Posted August 4, 2009 Many of the ladies and agencies require a phone number to verify you with. Not everyone does this but they should. Phone numbers help with security for the ladies Keep in mind they could be walking into a home or hotel room where someone with malicious intent is waiting to do them harm. Any one who's intent is to do hard will not want to verify a phone number. It also makes guys think twice about acting improperly on the call.
Pink Kitty Escorts 6195 Report post Posted August 4, 2009 There are a few reasons why we don't book via internet. Most of them have to do with security. First off, we don't like to have anything in writing that can either be traced (via IP). The next reason has to do with our huge Blacklist, we have ppl that are known to have attacked or harrassed SPs in the past. We have guys that are known to try to remove their condoms during sex when the Sps were not paying attention. We have guys who have obvious STDs (genital warts) and have either tried to bribe the ladies into still servicing them, or have threatend them with bad reviews. (yes its true). And of course the typical NO-Show guys who dont give a damn. No call to cancel.. Then think its no big deal and still expect us to service them. It happens once, they are black-balled. Another thing is you can tell alot from someones voice, if they have been drinking, or have a beligerant or agressive tone. I could keep going, but these are probably the top reasons. If someone has something to hide, then we really don;t want them as a client anyways. We would never use your personal information for anything other that identifying you as a safe individual to do business with. After your call and everything is clear, we erase our call history. Thanks for your understanding
Guest S***e Report post Posted August 4, 2009 Jason: For what it's worth, I fully support your position on this matter as the health, safety and well-being of any SP should never be comprised for any reason. You are the first line of defence and ensuring proper screeing is in effect may reduce untoward incidents. In my view, all SPs should be proactive whether they are with an agency or are independent; as well, clients need to be fully cooperative and supportive in all aspects of screening including their own health and safety. I've seen too much over the years to think otherwise. Old Spike
trucido peritus lingua 2699 Report post Posted August 5, 2009 I concur with Buggernot, get a hobby phone if you are concerned about your privacy. If buying a phone and setting it up in person bothers you, amongst others, Loblaws is an option. You can get one of their phones for less than $50. A 15 minute toll free phone call will have you set up. Should you decide to provide a fictitious name and address, just make sure that the information is plausible. They will ask for an alternate name and telephone number, as they say, ?in case they need to get a hold of me some other way?; yah right. To close, just write out your facts and/or fiction before you call and you will be fine. An odd question I got was for my date of birth, make sure what you provide is fake but plausible. Never give out your date of birth to anyone; it is a strong key for database matching. Happy hobbying
etasman2000 15994 Report post Posted August 5, 2009 I use a 7-11 Speakout pay-as-you-go phone. PetroCanada has a similar option. They don't ask for your name. If you don't set a name after you get the phone it will appear as unlisted. Speakout uses Rogers' network while PetroCanada uses Bell's. This only effects coverage while roaming.
