Guest C**Tra****er Report post Posted May 30, 2013 I have a management position with the federal government and I constantly make tough decisions for members of my team usually after consultations with our legal team and lengthy risk management exercises, so as others have mentioned, I like to let the lady take the lead, and always in the first session.
