There was one post on BP, and I contacted her (a Calgary area code), but she said I'd have to sign on to her CAM show "it's cheap, and then we can have fun", to which I politely advised her I wouldn't be likely doing that...and that I'd get back to her when I knew I'd be free....Why couldn't we just have fun? For myself, it's $1100 for the flight and another almost $600 for hotel and cab. Then there's food!!!
