roamingguy 300292 Report post Posted April 15, 2013 What I use, since family history of strokes and prescriptions (the cause of my ED) prohibit me using ED drugs, what I take is l-argenine Here is the link to the thread I did on it awhile back http://www.cerb.ca/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=98245&highlight=l-argenine I found including Tribulus 20000 helps Both products can be found at GNC stores BTW don't expect instant results, although I did notice a difference within a half hour of first taking it. But if I recall it is two weeks of taking it according to label before you are up and running (no pun intended) and continue taking it daily like a multi vitamin even if no activity intended RG
Guest M*****le*****c-H***s (Reti Report post Posted May 1, 2013 Also, there is much more to satisfying a woman than having a stiffy. Women love sex talk, kissing, giving and receiving oral, etc etc. none of which requires an erection. So gents, don't worry. I mean look at lesbians.. they don't have penises at all! If all your woman wants is a stiff penis, then she's not for you. Stay happy.
Guest M***yB** Report post Posted June 20, 2013 Well, I can't comment on "Horny Goat Weed" lol But, I can attest to the very beneficial effects of MACCA (Google it). It is a superfood found only in Peru but you can buy it at Health Food stores, pharmacies etc.. I found that it lived up to it's promise of increased energy, increased virility (believe it or not, it even increased penis size when no erect). So as George from "Seinfeld" would say, it fight "shrinkage". Check out Natural News for detailed description. I wish I was on a commission. Everyone I've ever recommemded it to has stayed on it. (INCLUDING women) WOOT!

steveyK 4311 Report post Posted June 27, 2013 I have used 'forta' in the past, it is available at GNC or online from their site. The claims are harder erections and more intense orgasms! This has worked for me, along with an energy booster like Redbull or 5hr energy. It seriosly works, I had one encounter, only an hour, and I got my msog, 3 times intense and I was on my way to th 4th in the shower but ran outa time!! Guest sa**sh**e Report post Posted November 5, 2013 Didn't read the whole thread but would recommend getting testosterone level checked. A family doctor is not the best option for this discussion, a urologist is much better
Ann Gallerie 7910 Report post Posted May 24, 2014 Hello there, and thanks for sharing this. You could very well have helped a lot of people. Concussions heal, of course, but I was a bit concerned about using aspirin after using Cialis, etc. If I may, I would suggest speaking to your MD about this as well. I suspect that they may recommend something else. I would also ask if you really have to keep quiet for the next while. After all, it's natural! ;) Cheers, Ann
Guest Na****a***mers (RETIRED) Report post Posted May 26, 2014 It depends on whether the issue is physical or psychological. In both ways, healthy regular doses of exercise and a visit to a psychologist will help most. In other cases...
roamingguy 300292 Report post Posted May 26, 2014 Well seeing as this thread is popping up again (no pun intended) here's a link to a thread I started about one option available, mentioned earlier but call this a bump LOL It may not be for everyone, but might help some http://www.cerb.ca/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=98245&highlight=argenine A rambling RG

capitalCforcougar 16766 Report post Posted July 13, 2015 It of course, depends on the 'reason' the issue is present.... but, as a provider of several things, I also deal a lot with all natural medicines and other things, and know of several plants, herbs et al that make a world of difference to a lot of men... without having to resort to medications. Someone mentioned MACCA... yes, it does help... but again, general health, lifestyle, medications, stress.. age.... all that stuff factors in making everyone's situation very individual.... and whoever else said a family doctor is NOT the right person to talk to is correct... ;)
oldblueeyez 15475 Report post Posted July 13, 2015 I had a killer headache the day after I used Staxyn, until it came to me: coffee is a vasoconstrictor (the opposite of ED drugs, which are vasodilators)! I drank a strong cup of coffee and guess what? HEADACHE GONNO! I never drink coffee, so this may not work with coffee addicts. By the way, Staxyn wins the gold for the coolest packaging ever! Guest Report post Posted July 15, 2018 You should address the side effects with your doctor in order to find alternatives. Not everyone reacts the same way. Viagra/Sildenafil and Cialis/Tadalafil were initially made to treat cardiovascular disorders and pulmonary arterial hypertension. But after test patients reported the unusual side effect, those were instead marketed and used for erectile dysfunction. You can try oysters and some herbal stuff, but if you're allergic to some of the key ingredients you'll be back to square one. Just talk to a health professional. roamingguy 300292 Report post Posted September 21, 2018 I've posted in this thread before and what worked for me before was l-arginine, something you can buy at stores like GNC That said, during my sabbatical from Lyla LOL one thing happened which impacted my life, it would seem negatively at first, but long term it was a positive for me. I had a Stroke, well TIA commonly called a mini Stroke. But someone or something looked out for me that day, I made a full recovery no short or long term damage But after the Stroke I changed my habits. No more bad fats, like butter, cream (I drank coffee with double cream, now I drink it black) and so on, eat lean proteins, fresh fruits and vegtables, no processed sugar, no salt (not even a salt shaker in my apartment) and I drink 64 ozs water daily (min) As a result I've lost weight, still losing but a lot lost, cholesterol levels good (they were high) and blood pressure normal (it was high, neurologist looked like the Grim Reaper telling me) Between the diet changes plus exercise (either walking or using an exercise bike) well lets say there are other positive health benefits too And I don't use l-arginine anymore because with the post Stroke meds I take, if l-arginine was also taken, my blood pressure would dangerously drop. Anyhow my point after this long winded rambling is maybe a change in diet (especially cutting out salt) and exercise can be good to treat ED. Not saying this is everyone's solution, but it might work for some. RG
TorontoMelanieJolliet 4458 Report post Posted September 22, 2018 On 8/23/2009 at 8:09 AM, S***e said: Are there any other alternatives (pharmaceutical or natural) that actually work consisently and have minimal or no side effects in general? Yes. Slow and sexy foreplay. A clear mind. An open mind. A freedom from the ugly thought that 'performance' is a thing and a realization that enjoyment is more important. And maybe a splint? 😉
Ice4fun 78407 Report post Posted November 5, 2018 I have been a very happy user of Cialis for about a year now and have not experienced any side affects. While I have not had any problems with getting an erection I was looking for the ability to maintain an erection longer especially for when the play invokes more than 2 people. With the help of a very supportive doctor we worked out the best dosage and I have enjoyed the result and would recommend it to anyone.
waterrat 1261 Report post Posted November 10, 2018 To RG's point, when I eat right, loose weight and exercise a lot of problems go away. Need to remind myself of this as we approach Christmas. This year due to construction on my street many trick or treaters stayed away. I had a lot of hard candy that what not handed out. I put it in my storage locker - out of sight out of tummy. RG I am glad that you came out of the TIA without negative effects.

NotchJohnson 214123 Report post Posted December 31, 2019 I will comment on this subject and will admit that I take MACA pills everyday even though not for an alternative to Viagra and/or Cialis but it helps contain stress and control fatigue. So the bonus for me was to boost sexual performance enhance my stamina and vitality. Those are the ones made for man, now they also make the MACA for woman, which I'm sure will give the same results but will also control menopause. Taken from a website, this is what I found. Highly nutritious Increase libido in both man and woman May increase fertility in man May help relieve symptoms of menopause Can improve your mood May boost sports performance and energy May improve learning and memory May reduce prostate size Do not take if you have Thyroid problems. I get mine from Costco online shopping.
