From what I can remember of her, she's a very tall woman, with a bit of brawn to her. She works at a warehouse the rest of the week, so she can use a lot of strength when doing massage. She is a friend of Sarah, the other owner of this place, and she was trained by her. So her massage style and restrictions are very similar to Sarah's.
