Guest K***e D****ls Report post Posted June 20, 2013 I have a few things I do when I'm down: -Sing: belt it out, baby! A friend from middle school taught me this. Just sing. You have to concentrate on the lyrics so it takes your mind of other things. The louder and the more passionate, the better. -Move the energy: whether it be intense exercise or a simple walk, literally move the energy. Plus exercise brings out those endorphins that make you feel oh so good. ;) -Really treat yourself: a favorite meal, a treat while shopping... baby yourself. We all need it from time to time. -A serious scrub down: after a long hot soapy shower and a good teeth brushing, I always feel better! -Clean your home: an organized space physically leads to a clearer mind. -Help others: volunteering makes you realize how fortunate you actually are. -Nap: there is nothing a nap can't make even just a little bit better!
