Stick It In The Bottom

I was shopping at the local supermarket.

 

I was low on Astroglide for my backdoor activities, so I picked some up.

 

At the checkout, it was the last thing to be scanned.

 

I was paying with Visa, so when the debit machine was ready, the sweet young lady made eye contact, smiled sweetly, and said "stick it in the bottom".

 

Huh, WTF?

 

Times sure have changed....

Sorry if I seem to be stating the obvious - it took me a couple of seconds, as well, to realize it... could she have meant to stick it in the bottom of the shopping bag so it isn't noticed? Seems from your reaction that you were looking for, and found another, meaning. ;)

Was in a lumber store looking at baseboards and a female employee asked me if "I was looking for some trim".

I was looking for hardwood flooring with my SO and I happened to talk to a cute lady and by the time my SO got there all she herd was if I wanted tongue in groove. That's when my SO decide to get the flooring elsewhere.

They also can say easily.. `put in the slot`. If they don`t.. I usually say it if they seem up for a joke.
