Anyone Try Durex Bare Condoms?

I am curious if anyone has used them and what did they think of them. I like to have a variety available.

I tried the Avanti brand (apparently the predecessor?), for a girl that had an allergy to latex. They were expensive - I remember paying $18 for a five pack or something like that - but worked in the respect where she didn't 'dry up' as would usually happen with latex condoms. But I found that they didn't fit as snug as a latex, and I worried at times that it would come off. Never happened, but I didn't like using them that much.

 

Maybe they have fixed that problem, hence the 'Bare' rebranding?

I have tonnes of experience with Avantis as I was quite latex sensitive at one time. While latex condoms tend to shrink and expand to fit most penis size, Avantis did not work the same way. The guy has to be a bit larger than average girth to wear them well. Not larger than that though then they did not roll down well.

 

I wonder if the same thing is the case for these new ones.

 

Will soon find out as I bought a pack today. I also saw that Lifestyles has a polyurtherene one as well.

I will be interested to hear about these new "Bares". The old Avantis had very good heat transfer (!) that I very much liked but were hard to put on and had a strange crinkly texture when putting them on (but fortunately was not noticeable once they were in place). Apparently the new Avanti Bares are of a new material, so if they have the heat transfer of the old Avantis but are easier to put on they would be great! Who cares if they cost more if they actually feel better...

Finally got around to trying them and the gentleman in question found that they fit better than the previous version. I liked them too as repetitive use of latex in one session can irritate me.

I finally got around to trying the new Bare Avanti. They are easier to put on than the old ones and have a nicer improved texture. But they don't seem quite as good as the old version in terms of heat transfer. I will try the Bare again, however,

the next time I go escort-hobbying.
