She has two pictures that strikes you immediately as too good to be true and, yes, tineye reveals the pictures are wallpapers of a professional model. Here's her ad on BP:

I have news about Mia on BP Fredericton.

 

I actually met her. She changed her ad name to Keira and put real pictures on so now everything is legit. She's pretty good too.
