If he is such a risk, why not invoke the 'dangerous offender'rule and keep them incarcerated for life? And then of course, they must inform us of their release of an offender so the community can live in fear and blame LE if anything bad happens! What has our societal values come to? His parole was revoked, and yesterday he got away from the guard and ran up 2 flights of stairs, and jumped off. He was pronounced dead in Moncton. Police are investigating.
