hopeful 1357 Report post Posted June 19, 2021 sorry men don't want to be told what they can and cannot do when it comes to strip clubs
slacker 1290 Report post Posted June 20, 2021 I've been looking around on Google a bit and it looks like Ontario has accommodated strip clubs in their reopening plan (can't reopen as strip clubs until step 3) while Quebec has nothing dealing with clubs specifically. I'm kind of surprised by that.. given how prudish we are in Ontario I would have expected the opposite.
Guest Report post Posted June 20, 2021 According to this: Measures in force | Gouvernement du Québec (quebec.ca) In Gatineau: Bars, breweries, taverns, casinos Open with restrictions. slacker 1290 Report post Posted June 20, 2021 Ontario's roadmap to reopening also has this: Strip clubs Step 1 Permitted to operate as a restaurant in alignment with restaurant restrictions Step 2 Permitted to operate as a restaurant in alignment with restaurant restrictions Step 3 Permitted to operate as a strip club in alignment with restaurant and performance restrictions
Kilt Boy 29353 Report post Posted June 20, 2021 I'd do takeout or drivethrough if it is offered.

And certainly not when Gatineau/Quebec currently allows bars and restaurants to operate at 50%. Even if dances are not yet allowed, establishment can at least sell alcohol and food, something only allowed outdoor in Ontario.
Ftn40 824 Report post Posted June 22, 2021 People who have been to Pigale's say that it is pretty much back to business as usual, except for the masks required when walking around, and last call is at midnight.
Philmore 149 Report post Posted June 23, 2021 So I have read the recent posts and from what I gather, no-one has actually been inside the club lately. It's all hearsay. I again refer you to the Quebec level 2-early warning that Gatineau is currently under and at this level the following applies. Specifically; customers must remain seated at their tables; dancing and singing are prohibited; Given that the dancers need to dance because this is the type of entertainment and this is not allowed and customers must remain seated at their tables and therefore cannot got down to the champagne rooms. How can the club operate? I do not condemn anyone who might venture out to the club but I am not yet comfortable with this environment. Otherwise I would go and give a first hand account of the goings on.
safety11 1327 Report post Posted June 23, 2021 Step 3 Permitted to operate as a strip club in alignment with restaurant and performance restrictions "performance restrictions"... there's the question

For Gatineau/Quebec, restrictions will remain until late August or until 75% of population gets fully vaccinated. (More so starting next Monday.) You can leave your table, while masked, for any number of reasons including going downstairs. That said, I'm staying away until my second shot has had time to work. Apparently a lot of the girls are up from Toronto. And I still say the singing and dancing refers to the customers, not "staff". 3
1963Kennedy 10698 Report post Posted July 1, 2021 Quick visit to Pigales today. Food is no longer free. Nothing available [yet] at lunch time. Food service starts at 5pm; quite a few items available at less than $10 and even 4 items at $5 [but only 5-7pm]. Working today were Mya, Pamela, Sable, Selena, plus about another 4-5 girls whose names I know not. Manager seemed to be making regular visits below.
Kilt Boy 29353 Report post Posted July 4, 2021 I was in for a while on Friday afternoon and it seemed pretty much the same, with the few changes mentioned by @1963Kennedy above. I spent some time with a few ladies, and really enjoyed Sable and Sascha. Sold a few ankle wallets.
Harry2213 2 Report post Posted July 4, 2021 I was at Pigale week ago in the afternoon, Quiet --only a handful of dancers. It was pretty much as described above, I had a pretty good lunch of a burger fries and coleslaw for $7.99. Before the shutdown one of my favourite dancers worked there on and off--and sometimes at the FAX, A few years ago she worked at the Nuden. I am referring to Minx. I would appreciate knowing if anyone runs into her a Pigale or elsewhere.

tim1 286 Report post Posted August 5, 2021 Are they allowing dances in the champagne rooms yet? Is it back to normal with these dances, like before the pandemic?
shavedyouaseat 103 Report post Posted August 5, 2021 I visited today and thought I would let everyone know whats up. Basically its the same as before covid with a couple minor differences. You have to wear a mask when moving about the club, dancers and waitresses are included in that. when you are at the table no mask and when the girls sit down they take them off as well. No masks in the champagne rooms either. The only other difference I noticed is that the free buffet is gone and that seems to cut the lunch rush down so less girls during the day but still about 9 high quality girls. I had a dance with Camila (gorgeous and amazing dances, very cuddly) Also Crystal (very pretty, exceptional dances)

I am assuming that the dances in the champagne room are the same as before covid-19. What about at the stage? Do you have to wear a mask there because if every seat is taken, you will be only a couple feet away from the next person.
shavedyouaseat 103 Report post Posted August 12, 2021 It would appear that the stage area is considered a table, which I agree is a stretch because you are 2 feet from the total stranger beside you but bottom line in..... no masks at the stage seats either. and no masks in the champagne room
Kilt Boy 29353 Report post Posted August 28, 2021 I had a pretty good time yesterday afternoon. There was a good complement of beauties and I had a really nice time with Laura. She's a cutie, and is a bit restrictive. Not that I really minded. The dental hygienist bottom-face mask was kind of odd. Again, I didn't mind. I got over it. Ftn40 824 Report post Posted September 2, 2021 Was there late Monday afternoon, only a handful of patrons and a handful of ladies. I saw Kalina(?), Brooklyn and Raven on stage, lovely petite women with small breasts A few other women were walking around, one with quite pronounced wiggle, and she wasn't even crossing her legs!
