wonderkind 100 Report post Posted October 23, 2009 I am aware that there is a rich resource of knowledge here and much kind appreciations in advance for feedback was wondering there are any complications, concerns or legal issues to be aware of if one was to consider hiring a stripper or escort to join along in a limousine ride. ex. passing of "donation" money, if such a thing would be considered public or private... anything else to be aware of it is one possible idea for a soon to be upcoming birthday. or also if one was to hire an escort in the true sense of the term - "to escort" be a pretend girlfriend for the night. much thanks, wonderkind
chimeric 100 Report post Posted November 14, 2009 From my understanding if you're inviting an SP along for an evening out I don't see any issues with it? There are some SP's who will be your "date" for the evening and in return you're giving them a gift. It would be no different if I were to take a gal on a date and give her chocolates and roses. A gift is a gift and she's your date for the night, no one else would know the difference unless they are nosy.
Guest W***ledi*Time Report post Posted November 14, 2009 ... any complications, concerns or legal issues to be aware of if one was to consider hiring a stripper or escort to join along in a limousine ride. ex. passing of "donation" money, if such a thing would be considered public or private... anything else to be aware of ... Remember not to negotiate or pass the donation in public; Section 213 of the Criminal Code states: "Every person who in a public place or in any place open to public view ... in any manner communicates or attempts to communicate with any person for the purpose of engaging in prostitution or of obtaining the sexual services of a prostitute is guilty of an offence punishable on summary conviction ... In this section, "public place" includes any place to which the public have access as of right or by invitation, express or implied, and any motor vehicle located in a public place or in any place open to public view."
