impact 100 Report post Posted November 3, 2009 Has anybody been to Top Massage? Its downtown on Nepean and Bank. I'm assuming its the right type of "massage" joint, since all the windows are covered and it opens late... but the location itself is not subtle at all, right on the ground floor facing Bank St. Sort of reminds me of some places in Toronto or Montreal, really in your face kinda location.
