MandalayBay 575 Report post Posted November 13, 2009 My hubby and I are en route (via train) to Ottawa and looking for something sexy to do when we arrive in Ottawa. Any suggestions on great strip clubs ... or swingers clubs ... or other things to do tonight? Tomorrow is the meet & greet for the documentary I am working on: http://www.canadianescortsdoc.com. Can the Ottawa ladies or gentlemen offer any suggestions on fun things to do?

Cowboy kenny 50799 Report post Posted November 14, 2009 LOL, we have more than one gay bar, were not that small of a town! Emma, It's called the lookoutbar and yes it can be quite the experience to take in the sights and show. Another sexy thing to do is visit the cowboy's ranch ;)
Guest S****an Report post Posted November 14, 2009 Hi Mandalay - A trip across the river to the Hilton Lac Leamy Casino (good fun) followed by a trip to Pigale's might be the thing. Pigale's is generally the most reliable SC experience in the region, and there's also a male club on the lower level (never been, my female friends always find it a hoot). Of course let us CERB members know where you're going and we'd be more than willing to buy a round or two!
MandalayBay 575 Report post Posted November 14, 2009 Okay ... we're going to the exotic gentleman's strip club in the market (don't remember the exact name but it's the only one in the market). Then we're going to the gay bar Emma Alexandra recommended. I'll be wearing a leopard print blouse, brown slacks and with my hubby. If anyone from CERB recognizes me, please stop by to say hello. It would be my pleasure to meet fellow cerb members. Tomorrow is a very exciting day with Ottawa's finest SPs meeting with me regarding the documentary. I am over the moon with excitement over the support and friendship my Ottawa friends are showing me regarding the documentary. xoxo Mandalay
chimeric 100 Report post Posted November 14, 2009 That would be Barefax on York St. If you both feel peckish before visiting the SC there are quite a number of fine dining establishments right on that street. Eighteen, Foundation, Kinki and Luxe Bistro are all great places to have some wine and some great food by local chefs.
MandalayBay 575 Report post Posted November 14, 2009 Thanks for the advice everyone! My boyfriend and I had a blast at both Bare Fax and the gay bar - The Lookout. I met a new drag queen friend there, Kimberly and we had a hoot. Ottawa is such a fun city!

The lower level of Pigale's is where the Champagne Rooms are now.
MandalayBay 575 Report post Posted November 17, 2009 We ended up checking out Pigales and Hot Shots on Saturday evening and had a blast. You weren't kidding when you said the dancers were the best in the region. I have never seen such a group of gorgeous women in a strip club in my entire life. It took my breath away. My hubby was such a good sport to spend time at Hot Shots in the basement with me for a few drinks before we left. Thanks for the advice!

MandalayBay 575 Report post Posted November 18, 2009 I am not sure how you spent time at Hot Shots when it's been closed for at least 4 or 5 years ago!!!:| Hi Mafiaman, I'm pretty sure it was called Hot Shots. They might have changed the name? It was in the basement of Pigales. If it was closed at one point in time, it is definitely open again. My poor, very-heterosexual hubby would have been happy to learn it was closed because I made him watch the male dancers after we watched the women dance. BownChickaBown 4829 Report post Posted November 18, 2009 IMHO, Ontario SC are 'very conservative' compared to those of Quebec - simply because of the difference in Laws. I have never been to an Ottawa SC, as the Quebec-side offers just that much better an experience and more bang-for-your-buck. This was even highlighted a couple years back in GQ Magazine whereby due to said 'looser' Laws - Montreal was voted #1 Road Trip destination for Guys in North America. I'm glad you had a fun trip to Ottawa Mandalay Bay, as this sleepy city can use more vibrant people like yourself to make the nightlife a little more bearable. For example, where are the late-night Cabarets?

Lingering2315 100 Report post Posted November 19, 2009 Actually it's re-opened, although not as big as before. It's downstairs at Pigale and you enter beside the coat check.
