If the poster could give some more details of ad, such as title, or appearance that would be helpful. If outdoor adventure is taken in the context of a car, or public setting, then I would be alarmed and see red flags. It involved going for a walk that finished with a happy ending for a donation I guess you're right, it does sound kinda fishy.
