smashed 120 Report post Posted October 30, 2013 This is the second time this has happened. Called a couple ladies today for an appt. no answer at a couple, that's ok. But 6 hours later when I'm home with my wife, one of the SP's texts me. I hope not many SP's practice this as it's a good way of getting us caught. Peachka 4334 Report post Posted October 30, 2013 If you are worried about getting caught, get a separate 'hobby phone' or a separate removable sim card for your existing phone. You can get an inexpensive pay as you go phone many places these days.
Luckyme 41401 Report post Posted October 30, 2013 It also helps to turn the email/text alert off so it won't peep when an email or text does come in. I understand that it is a normal accepted practice that a SP will not return a text after a short period of say 15-30 minutes.
Ashley Ann 75247 Report post Posted October 30, 2013 It also helps to turn the email/text alert off so it won't peep when an email or text does come in. I understand that it is a normal accepted practice that a SP will not return a text after a short period of say 15-30 minutes. That is how it is supposed to be ;) But this practice takes thinking ahead, and not just for the moment. Returning a text can sometimes cause A LOT of trouble. I would hate to be the cause of something like that, therefore I always use the above stated method when it comes to texting. IMHO-returning text hours later, unless it was actually requested, says a lot about how the sp views discretion.

Horndog66 14104 Report post Posted November 2, 2013 A dedicated pooning phone from somewhere like 7-11 is the safest way to go. And, have it switched on only when you want to send or receive calls or texts.
IsaMassage 54318 Report post Posted November 2, 2013 SIMPLE: When you're texting or calling an SP, you should always tell the SP what time she has until to get back to you. SD That is a great suggestion... About a second line... there is also the option of virtual number.. use a free app like text me... you get a free phone number ... and you can always turn off notifications when you are with your SO or simply when you don't want to receive any texts or calls... off course this is a good idea if your SO doesn't have access to your phone.. unless the phone has the capability of hiding applications... qwertyaccount 15793 Report post Posted November 2, 2013 A second SIM card is much easier to hide, and if need be, explain away, than a second phone. The virtual number Vitto suggested is a good idea too.
poonman69 120 Report post Posted November 3, 2013 I've had this happen, from one SP, days later AND after I said please do not text back. Thankfully she lost her phone and with it my number.
