The app works as intended, but he used it for his own gain also. But if you read carefully and all the way to the end, you will notice and interesting passage... "People who bought the spyware were charged with illegally intercepting electronic communications."Seeing as there are "legit" apps out on the market which serve the same purpose, to catch people cheating.
