Isabella Gia (Banned) 53881 Report post Posted November 11, 2013 Some of you may have already read in the news about 2 women who were sexually assaulted by taxi drivers. In both cases the ladies flagged down a cab which makes difficult to find the attacker. So my suggestion to all of you to take taxis, especially ladies but gentlemen are not excluded of robbery or something similar, is always always call the company to request a car even if you are in an area where taxis are available as when calling for one the driver knows the dispatcher and the company have record of who your driver is. Also, if for some reason you take it and not call then discretely write down the driver's name or at least the cab's number, I did this recently after dealing with a very rude driver and with the number and time where I took it they were able to identify the guy and report him.
