CMJ 14869 Report post Posted December 2, 2009 In light of the holiday spirit, CMJ will be setting up a Christmas Hamper to collect non-parishable food/personal items (shampoo, shaving stuff etc.) items for the Ottawa Food Bank. Member's who bring in at least two items or more will receive a little something from us - details to be found on our news page inside our website. Tis the season to give to those less fortunate then ourselves and have an extremely fun time while doing it

CMJ 14869 Report post Posted December 20, 2009 Well there is about 6 hours left of our Christmas Hamper collection left... If I had to guess by just lifting it I would say there is about 60 to 80 pounds of food and personal affects in there. The ladies of CMJ want to thank everyone who made donations and helped us fill our 1st Annual charitable Christmas Hamper for the Ottawa Food Bank. Merry Christmas everyone... stay safe and stay warm. 2010 will be an exciting year for us at CMJ - many fabulous changes coming soon including the launch of our newest lounge and a sassy new twist to the way you can spend time at CMJ:D
