And yet every now and then someone comes along that defies explaination. For the record, when you make claim you have seen me before, and I tell you that I do not think you have, why continue to lie? If I tell you point-blank something seems off about you, don't keep insisting your lie is truth. Suffice to say someone swore he'd seen me before, and despite my better judgement I decided to book with him. I've never seen him before and refused him at the door. If he hadn't been subversive and blatantly lied to me, I wouldn't have had a problem. But lying to me, then threatening and being abusive towards me after I refuse you. I tend to think of "etiquette" as that which tells me which fork to use next. This guy appears to have missed all the bits about human decency. I'm glad to hear you were able to send him on his way!
