It works. This position allows the throat to relax a little more. Now it can be worrysome to the girl as the man controls the rate and depth of the penetration, but this is the best way that I've found to deep throat.

 

*Bella was right on the tongue thing as well, sticking out your tongue flattens it at the back which makes more room for penile penetration.
