Annessa 22743 Report post Posted December 11, 2009 "whats in a name?" said a great poet.... It came to mind reading a new thread about our handle origins that a year ago on December 6th 2008 I turned over a new leaf and took on a different name. Before i went as Chantilly...it was assigned by a wannabe-pimp when I was just starting out trying to go with an "agency" after answering a Kijiji add looking for new girls. I remember it was a week or so before the infamous OC transpo bus strike. I had quit my retail job to further pursue escorting full time when I met with a Toronto agency and was "assigned" more or less the name "Annessa"...I kinda hated it at first,...actually no, I REALLY hated it! I wanted a fun name...something that ended in a "ee" sound....Little did I know that I would have stuck with this name that had grown on me like a new best friend even after leaving that agency and going indi again....and I'm so happy that I did (keep the name AND leave that agency, haha) I cant comment on any other SPs but the ideas that we use what are perceived as "fake" names always makes me cringe slightly.....as Annessa has become every bit a part of me as my birth-name has....just under different circumstances, lol....i even turn around when I hear someone call out "Vannessa!" to another stranger on the street! That being said I think its prety common knowledge that all us SPs use aliases ....any interesting stories, ladies, about how you feel about the differnt name-tags we;ve had? past names and why you decided to junk them. Like I said, I was "Chantilly Wilde" before (the wannabe-agent guy said I looked like a "chantilly"...yah...ok...and apparently I was someday going to be in a Texas porn so I needed a last name..*rolls eyes*) I definitely found that certain clients who saw me under that name treat Chantilly a lot differently than they do Annessa....but then again, maybe thats just the fact that Annessa doesnt deal with the same BS as Chantilly did, lol

EmilyRushton 253372 Report post Posted December 11, 2009 Excellent topic Annessa, Back in time when I first started working, the agency said I could pick my name, so I chose Rianhanon, they did not like it and called me Brianna.(where they got this from I do not know) When I left I kept Brie, as at the time it worked. When I decided to branch out on my own, I chose Emily, as I wanted a soft, gentle name that had an english ring about it, when needing a last name I picked Rushton ( Sounds english as well as is one of my favourite places to eat in Toronto) At times your right, the Emily name is as strong as my name. Congrats on your year of Annessa, it suits you well. Emily
raimes83 101 Report post Posted December 11, 2009 Congrats on the 1 year milestone! Your story is very interesting, and if it means anything I like Annessa!
Guest s******ecan**** Report post Posted December 11, 2009 Great post Annessa. I think its an interesting topic. For the SP's there must be many interesting (and challenging) things about having an 'alter-ego".
Mister C 1725 Report post Posted December 11, 2009 I love the name Annessa. I also see how it can become a part of you like your real name. Congrats on the 1 year and I'm certain many people know and love the name.
antlerman 17064 Report post Posted December 11, 2009 I like the story line and history here......what I like so far is the names you have ended up with...... Think about a guy in the middle of an orgasm....if his face is not contorted in incredibly hillarious spams and unable to speak..they will try to speak your name... Annessa...I am so glan you stayed with this name......when stuttering it in the state of an orgasm...it would sound nice..... "Ann...Ann...Annn....Annnessssssaaaaa!" which does sound better than Chantilly...as that name sounds like the guy just came out of freezing cold water and his teeth are chatering... "ch..ch...chan..chan...chan......" Now we have Emily.......which sounds smooth...relaxing and sexy..... "em..emi....emilyyyyyyyyyyyy" Rianna...would sound like a car trying to start in the cold of winter..... "r...r..r....r.....ri..ri...ri...r....r....r...." and to think of it Brianna....sound like some one is cold also........ "b...b...br...br..br......bri....." and if you had kept Brie........it would sound like the poor guy is starviong and in need of food..... "Brie...brie...brie please...brie please....." so ladies.....well done n yur name choices.
Guest f***2f*** Report post Posted December 11, 2009 congrats anessa!! I chose my CERB handle cause everything I typed in when I joined was already taken. It's funny sometimes how life imitates art because a few ladies have said the name suits me quite well as I tend to be in a constant state of errrr...excitement! or is that "ex...ex...ex...excitement!?"
Winnipegcub 21293 Report post Posted December 11, 2009 Wow really want to meet this Texas porn star Chantilly...giddy up. Just kidding. Also can't imagine Annessee? Trust me the Annessa I know has lots of fun in her. For me the name carries class and almost a Monaco/Royalty sound. Think it fits you great. Now does it evolve to Annessa2010? Great post and look forward to reading the history and choices from the other gals. "whats in a name?" said a great poet.... Annessa 22743 Report post Posted December 11, 2009 Great post Annessa. I think its an interesting topic. For the SP's there must be many interesting (and challenging) things about having an 'alter-ego". Thanks scott, however as I said before...its not so much an alter-ego for many of us who use different names. Many people who get to know Annessa really well know that shes the same goofy, friendly person as *My Real Name* hehe.....one just has sex a lot more! PistolPete 61421 Report post Posted December 11, 2009 if it was Chantilly,or as it is now Annessa. I"m very freaking really happy you are here with us on CERB. You are a gem and are very well received irregardless of the name handle. But I really love Annessa, really suits your calming/sexy demeanor. Congrats babe! (oh sorry pet name...my bad)
Guest W***ledi*Time Report post Posted December 11, 2009 I definitely found that certain clients who saw me under that name treat Chantilly a lot differently than they do Annessa....but then again, maybe thats just the fact that Annessa doesnt deal with the same BS as Chantilly did, lol Decades ago, in the "real" world, I knew an intelligent, ambitious, determined lady named Wendy. She was frustrated that people in the upper echelons of her chosen business did not treat her with what she considered proper seriousness and respect, and her career seemed stalled (glass ceiling). Then one momentous day, Wendy got up, looked at herself in the mirror, and vowed that she would no longer answer to her real name. On that day, she rechristened herself Jordan, and never looked back. Immediately, she found that people of influence (including her long-time business colleagues) treated her with much greater respect and consideration. Her career took off. I've always wondered how much of the difference was due to her associates' changed attitude, and how much might also have been due to her own changed behaviour, under the spell of her new name. Perhaps a combination of the two. There definitely can be wizardry in names.
Guest Report post Posted December 11, 2009 Gratz, Annessa That name suites you better. I've read many of your posts and they are interesting and well written. To me Chantilly Wilde sounds like an airhead. It reminds me of when I went to a karaoke bar with an escort. She decided to call us taste and Superb. I just felt like punching her in the head. LOL, nothing could be worse than that. I know that you have to use something that suits you. I like using Peachy. Well because I'm just Peachy. I don't think I could be anything other than that now. So I understand completely.
Cato 160314 Report post Posted December 11, 2009 Annessa, you're amazing! I had a long-awaited meeting scheduled at last with Annessa today, and damn, I got sick, and had to cancel. I'm distraught about this! We'll get together soon, Annessa. Thanks for understanding this morning. I hate cancelling.

LOL I agree with Annessa on this one :) Sara does get laid A LOT more than the other me... but she's still all me, in all of my weirdness, hilarity and hotness ;) I'm a Sara... I thought of the fancy "stripper" names and kicked around a lot of options as I was deciding on a name. I went through a lot of them, but decided that I wanted something simple that people wouldn't ask "Is that your real name?" I am who I am, the facts I speak of are true and only the name is changed to protect my privacy. :D
Guest f***2f*** Report post Posted December 12, 2009 Yes it suits you better than Valerie. Annessa suits A better than Chantilly. There are a few ladies who have experimented with names and settled on different ones...it's all good...as long as we can still find them!! Gratz, AnnessaThat name suites you better.
