Heatherington is in the south off of Walkley, she occasionally does in call, but more so advertises herself as doing car calls. While we have a first time poster saying she's hot great, but lets factor in the fact that car calls are very stupid, very dangerous and definately ilegal, It's one stepaway from a streetwalker drive though. I don't know if it's wise to be promoting such dangerous activities. Her prices are also pretty bargain basement based on her ads, which is kind of doing a dis-service to the classier and established member providers of this board. At that same rate I believe that's a lot to pay for the discomfort and lack of atmosphere or privacy in a car.

 

I called that number once when it first started being listed, the girl on the phone at the time seemed young and inexperienced and didn't even understand what I meant by outcalls. When she explained she only did car dates she pretty much lost my interest.

If she's doing this for herself then maybe Tausing as you plan to see her again you could explain to her the bennefits of doing outcalls or incalls from a hotel/motel if her home is not available.

 

Another concern is the changing name she often uses different names, the number is always the same but the name changes as does the discription which leads me to believe this maybe a group operation with more than one girl but all respond or answer the phone to starla.

 

 

My two cents, there are to many proven providers here and elsewher to even think about the risks of doing a car call.

Thanks for the informative comments. I had my eyes on this girl for some time as her picture was attractive and as usual I was trying to promote a new and unknown SP who was reviewed positively here in above post, but I was totally UNAWARE of the car calls she is doing (never heard of this but I guess it means doing her job in a parked car or something) and as you said it is both illegal and dangerous as well as unsafe for both her and her client and she should not be promoted and certainly not recommended, no matter how attractive she may be. Unless she changes her style.

 

For those who may not know a car (even your own) is considered a public place by law. I know it because a few years ago I was parked on a road (with keys off and engine turned off) and in a very hot summer afternoon, I reached out for a can of cold bear and started drinking it. A few seconds later I saw the deadful flashing lights behind my car. I was fined heavily for drinking in public!!! (not as bad as drunk driving as I was definitely not anywhere close to limit and I was not driving but fined over $400 for drinking in my car which the law considers it as public).

I agree with what CK mentioned above.

 

And not to be judgemental, but Heatherington in not my favorite neighborhood in Ottawa.

May have nothing to do with the lady; she may be very attractive, very nice, very smart, etc...

But I've met different ladies before (more than once) living on Heatherington (in the large apartment buildings) and let's say it could have been better.

Back in high school, we used to call Heatherington the H-Block. I remember how a police officer told one of my friends to never go there (I am leaving out a few details...) I'm sure it's not as bad as the hype makes it out to be.

I'm not looking down on this girl who works from her car in the H-Block. I just can't see how that's safe or how anyone can enjoy a wintry car service - it's a little bit too Charlize Theron in Monster for me (good movie though.)

Maybe she needs to get caught - it's a very risky thing to do. I can imagine it being thrilling to engage in such an impulsive - and illegal - act, but I have a feeling that it isn't for the fun of it that she's working from her car. I don't see how this behavior classifies as escorting. However, it isn't quite street walking either. Would it be... car driving? :s

Oops sorry guys i forgot to add the fact that i saw her during a (rare) incall session my bad. Yeah car dates are not cool or else you would be going to the girls of caldwell. So to sum it up, if you see her post one of her rare incall ads, i saw one 2 days ago. Go see her, she is not the most experienced provider on the block but is still fun.

I lived off heatherington for a number of years. Nice people, but also a lot of crime especially now with the gangs down there. I Frequently heard gun fire and houses being broken into.

 

I am glad I no longer live there.

There have been two "warnings" posted on CL in the past two days about Starla on Heatherington.

 

They indicate that the cops are involved and one post referred to it as the D.A.R.T. squad will be waiting for you.

 

So, something does not add up - but better to be safe than sorry - and stay away.

any place the is

 

1) In public (Car, street, etc...) you can not discuss sex for money or have sex for money legally

 

2) any common place of prostitution (Brothel, massage spa offering extra's, etc...) so if the police could prove that someone's apartment or house (or even a hotel room) is being commonly used for the purpose of prostitution it is illegal. They target such things as public advertised places that offer sex such as "Massage Spa's", "Stripclubs" and all out "Brothels" that offer too much.

 

Some lady working at home by herself with very low traffic is 99.99999% of the time just under the radar... and she should be as she is safer in that environment. (Technically it is a common bawdy house - so a chance exists of course)

I would assume that if she is doing car dates it's probably because she doesn't have a regular in-call location. In Toronto, you can find ads for this on CL and in various tabloids. Even though it I agree it's dangerous for her to be doing so, it's also risky for the guys picking her up as they can be spotted and followed by police or other sketchy people who might want to rob (or worse) the guy or her!

 

From what I understand, since street girls get hassled so much these days, they have taken to the chat lines and obviously CL (free Internet advertising) to ply their trade.

 

Just means clients have to be more cautious about who they call, that's all.

Perhaps they are following this thread as the ad on CL has changed to read in capital letters you can pick her up and take her WHEREVER you are or she will come to you. The base location has also changed from the storied Heatherington neighborhood to Algonquin College area, a considerable step up.

 

I've confirmed that there are a number of girls working from the same number and while only one member has reported her as hot and quality service I have received information to the contrary from more than one client. More importantly the person you speak with on the phone is not the girl who will arrive, commitments or promises made by phone or email are not kept on the date and extra charges are added upon arrival even if you confirmed pricing prior. So the heading of No Restrictions is misleading and false.

 

With the wide selection of quality providers here on cerb and elsewhere i'm baffled that these shaddy operations are even considered anymore. I understand the thrill of the hunt and pride in discovering a gem or a diamond in the rough but the risks nowadays far outweight the bennefits in my opinion.
