daddio 2704 Report post Posted January 8, 2010 OMG - I think I'm off the scale - but not quite yet a dead man walking (or doing other more pleasurable physical activities) Two or three years ago I was with a teenaged boys team I coached at a kind of science centre place that had a couple of "machines" - one that apparently measured your flexibility and the other your reflexes. Very surprisingly, I did better than most of the boys on flexibility (may have had something to do with the fact that they had played a few games and were still tight). All I can say is damn now i feel old but still ...........
