So many threads on movies, music etc...I thought I would open one on literary pieces. A place to share different snippets that have special meaning, humor or something you just enjoy.

 

Lush...

Full of life...

The breeze whispers

The grass dances to the beat of its heart

The band plays overhead

Silence hears all

Desolate...

Barren...

The Path

 

Well traveled, full of light

The petals shine a radiant hue

Light shines through the night

A heart beats, a gift to you.

 

Leaves fall upon the ground

Darkness comes, easy to see

Silent words make thunderous sound

A heart stops, a gift to me.
