Also I have not asked them for escorting but as private dancers. So my experience is based on this factor. 1 - Being known and trusted. It helps a lot if you are a regular in the bar and the dancers know you for long time, 2- Other factors playing important roles are looks and age (yes since it is true I have to say it even though I may not agree that this should be a factor) and appearances (how well one is dressed and speaks) and Manners. 3- Also it is bar specific. In some bars chances are much higher than others. 4 - Financial status. Spending large sum of money in a single night on a particular lady would enhance his chances of taking the lady home at a later date, significantly. 5 - City Specific - The percentage is higher in Montreal, than Ottawa and much lower (almost impossible) in the west where they do not have CRs. In summary, if one is new to the bar and does not know the lady well, and is of average looks and appearance and status, I would assess his chances of taking a beautiful classy dancer home as escort at a classy bar in Ottawa, the same night is very very low (I would start buying lottery if I were him). Otherwise it is just speculation as opposed to what the members here have experienced. And since we're big on the discretion thing, members should keep that in mind and not post names along with their numbers ... I was invited upstairs with this stunning blonde from Montreal (name escapes me). I told her that my plans were cancelled on me and that I was hoping for company. She asked if I wanted her number for a rendevous after her shift. My first thought was hell yes but after inquiring about the cost and service, I decided against it. I was rather proud of my willpower. So in answer to your question, I have asked once and the girl was willing. That would be 100% but I think that was just luck of the draw. Of the few dozen girls I have met, I have asked about 6 of private service outside, and 1 was eager, but very pricey, triple the going rate mentioned in here for the city. Another was a very beautiful girl, offered exceptional experience in the club, and hit on me for extras later, with duo, for about double the going cost in that city. It wasn't convenient for me on either occasion, nor did I want to spend that much money. If the price was right, perhaps convenience may have been overlooked! I don't ask them all just those who I sense might be up for some more fun afterwards. Of those who say they do, I've gotten about 15 or so phone numbers with only two ever answering the phone and setting something up with. Overall I would say the number is lower than we would think. I think most folks here on CERB will agree that whatever happens between consenting adults is their business alone and certainly not the government's, but unfortunately the government doesn't always tend to agree. I would hazard a guess that a SC where solicitation and "extras" are commonplace is running a fair chance of being charged with keeping a common bawdy house. Would happily like to be proven wrong if someone knows the law better. Whatever the LE view, I think our best SCs in Ottawa (Barb's and the Fax) operate on a knife edge. There are certainly city councillors in Ottawa who would be all too happy to be "shocked, just shocked" to discover that it went on in SCs and would use that as justification for tighter restrictions, or to shut them down altogether. Again, I'm not passing any judgement on any ladies or customers, just a plea for discretion. We have some of the best SCs in the country and it would be a shame to lose them. Of course risk is higher as they could ger busted. They are public places. seems when one closes another one opens up. I remember such clubs being around as far back as 1986. Got a few phone numbers. But the price is usually too high. I followed through once and it was pretty hot. Sometimes girls will hint that they're available if you get to know them a bit better, i.e., spend more money on them in the CR. In that respect, sometimes you are being led on, but it's part of the fantasy. We are adults and should be able to make sensible decisions. I would highly encourage those who are lucky enough to have things work out to keep it confidential. It is one thing for someone who Escorts to do so, and another for a Dancer who is often either freelance or contract (rare now but it happens) to see someone on the side. The risk is high that if they are found out they would be fired. Which is again why discretion is highly recommended with regards to extras in the VIP as well. Well know what happens if someone is lucky enough but please guys mind your tongues and fingers. I lost out on a favourite dancer because someone shot their mouth off on a board and she quit. A few years back, I was in a real self destructive tail spin, spending too much time and money at SCs.... I became good friends (with benefits) with a dancer outside of the club, and on nights we spent together (the whole night), I would give her some cash, maybe 200., to compensate her for what I'd have spent on her in the club. She had a day job that didn't pay all of her bills. Really appreciated her as a friend, always will... Anyway, she asked me not to go with other ladies to the CR, out of respect for her... I usually just hung out at the bar, catching drinks for some of the nice ladies... A few times, after too many drinks, and my friend wasn't around, sometimes I ended up in the CR, not wanting sex, not paying for it, it happened. I usually told her about it 'cause I couldn't lie to her and I also didn't want to make a fool of her. She was not happy, but we carried it on for quite awhile, was wonderfull. Guess that I am quite a "man whore" in the CR, so I really prefer to buy drinks and be cool, especially with the survellience going on. Some ladies won't give me the time of day - thats ok. It seems as if new girls and girls from out of town may be escorting or looking for "fun"... Its too bad that now, I am way over 40 and I just don't get as turned on as I used to (maybe I should be Mr ED) ! When I was 20, the scene was nothing like it is today...
