mod 135640 Report post Posted January 10, 2010 I say spell it anyway you like.. english is crap! It you get it out phonetically and someone knows enough to correct you they got the point. I would worry more about translating sentences from other languages.. man some of those are hard to understand at times.

NatalieWood 6427 Report post Posted January 10, 2010 I shouldn't reveal my secrets, but I always judge a man on how he spells. A great date is usually in store when grammatical rules are followed blindly

But I've never seen them done quite this well. If you don't mind, can you tell me where you found these?

daddio 2704 Report post Posted January 11, 2010 Professor Buggernot - brilliant! You must have a Master's Degree in Graphic Grammar. Did you have a hand in writing "Eats, shoots, and leaves" ??? lol. Supposedly, one of the origins of that phrase is that it describes a visit to what might be called a "bawdy house". Which makes it particularly appropriate for cerb. misterme 110 Report post Posted January 18, 2010 Buggernot, Thank you! It's about time someone found something that sums up how to properly spell, with why the alternatives are wrong (in their specific cases).
