For those of us who have them, aren't they the best? My first, a girl, will be 1 on Feb 27 and I just found out 5 minutes ago that my second will be a boy!!

My brother has 4 grand kids (so far) plus one that came with my nephew;s ex who is now 19 lol. He was a young father, young grandpa, and it will be interesting to see if any of the now teenage grandkids make him a great grandpa in 5 years when they are older. (he'd be just hitting 60 lol)

I am a young gramps too...I will have 2 before 45.

 

It seems so young now. I think we are fooled by commercials and TV that present a 5 or 6 year old 'grandchild' usually with someone over 70, and yet it is very unlikely that a 70 year old would have children so young that their children are not yet teenagers.
