She is not new to the scene and has been back and forth to Ottawa quite a few times; she seems to get around to Montreal and Toronto based on her advertising activity. One of her pics showed up on a Los Angeles massage parlour website for a girl named Skylar. Another one of her pics showed up in Philadelphia for an escort named Kim in Nov 2013. Some of her pics show up on a Montreal massage website for a girl named Lexxy. On the other hand, the duo pic in the specific ad you mention appears to match exclusively to her on-line presence, and doesn't seem to appear anywhere else. However, as my searches took me elsewhere, I found the duo pic of Holly and Victoria from an apparently new agency Temptations, and that pic links back to Mia and her duo buddy Lea. So, your guess is as good as mine about her legitimacy (or at least the legitimacy of her pictures)... Edited February 27, 2014 by randyzak Got more info and added it.
