Responding to pm's on this board is helpful to those that are researching 2nd - for anyone researching their 1st trip to T.O.: I'd advise against booking in advance over e-mail. The agencies will let you pre-book but aren't very apologetic when they have to advise you that your chosen isn't available (if they respond at all).
