I can't remember if it is at all times or the day or only after a certain hour (9 or 10). I'm planning an end of meetings get to together and this info would help. Seymour 3970 Report post Posted February 20, 2010 There are events in the city (Winterlude) and a lot of visitors, so likely the Westin may have altered the time when card access is required to ride the elevator. If one is getting on the main floor (close to the parking garage) it typically required card access after 11:00 pm. Hopefully this info is still of use to wnrsntzl.
